Our Elite Series Classes starts in January 2020, geared towards functional fitness and wellness. Ask yourself this question, am I doing exercises that actually support my daily activity, goals I'm setting for myself, and actually mimics the types of hobbies, actives or sports that I love and perform? This class is one step in the right direction to improve overall balance, flexibility, range of motion, as well as improving stamina, energy, and awareness. We've added simple punching bag work to the this class to give you confidence, improve your focus, empower you and give you a chance to work out your anxiety. ONLY 10 spots available. Creating a elite group of focused women who really want to level up their lives and give them what they feel they've been missing. Call me now to reserve your spot. You will need to purchase your own exercise ball, exercise mat, towel, water, boxing gloves (we have for you to borrow for the first class) we will provide the bands and other equipment. Deposit required. Fee covers the reservation of your spot, holds your spot, no make ups, roll overs or pro rating. If you are only going to make to sessions, the entire fee is still required. $45 covers all 5 1hr classes and use of equipment. Call me before BOOKING, to confirm if spots are still available.
