Service Description
Creating the best athlete your child can be, starts with mindset. In order to perform up to par, they have to understand what they really want,why they want it, and how to get it, maintain it, and win at it. Fitness, is defined as the ability to perform at a specific level. If you want your child to perform better, to improve in fitness ability, sports related agility, stamina, functional strength for their needs, it's mandatory to give them the leverage to level their abilities upwards towards a better chance of performing. Sports conditioning doesn't only benefit in the sport they are playing but in life, as being better human beings, sportsmanship, and in furthering their education.n Personal Sports related training, is 1 hour long, involving, mind set and focus, proper breathing techniques, agility drills, strength drills, stamina and balance work, as well as cool down stretching and some homework. Call me to discuss schedules and longer training sessions, or school break sessions. 315-9130 Fee includes use of equipment. No refunds on deposit if canceled 24 hrs., prior to 1 session. No shows fees apply. No make ups, must have 2 weeks advanced notice to scheduling sessions. Parents or guardian consent, and waiver signed for minors. Family's that have 2 or more athletes that want to train together, can have a customized rate.


Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice for cancellations. There will be a $50 deposit holding fee, non refundable, upon cancellation , fee will go towards service payment if no cancelation.
